You may feel incognito, you are not. We can easily find out who you are. Along with having your internet service cancelled by your provider, we may file criminal charges against you.

Jewelers Network may revoke this service at anytime without prior notice.
Gemstone Auction does not assume any responsibility for the content or the description of the listed items.
All risk is taken and assumed by the individual buyer and seller.
Gemstone Auction site acts soley as a service for sellers to conduct auctions and for bidders to bid on sellers auctions. We do not involved ourselves in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We have no control over the quality or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings. We cannot control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchase of items they have bid on.
Gemstone Auction disclaims any warranties expressed or implied on goods or services, offered by any seller. The Seller assumes all liability arising from their offer for sale of their respective items.
Sellers may not manipulate the price of their item, either by using a shill (a secondary account or third party) or by bidding themselves. No Price Manipulation is Allowed
Gemstone Auction reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. All users must be of legal age, and able to enter into a binding contract. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors.
The sale of illegal items or items acquired illegally are prohibited on Gemstone Auction .
All payments must be made in US currency , unless otherwise stated.
Gemstone Auction does not assume any responsibility for any inappropriate use of the system for any false demographic information, or for sending unsolicited commercial or non-commercial E-Mail to other users. We have a "0 tolerance"toward e-mail spamming.
The seller has the right to cancel the transaction with any user with whom they are uncomfortable completing a transaction with.
You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our servers or your bidding on, listing, purchase or sale of items.
Gemstone Auction is not responsible for damage or loss caused by errors in the system or by interruption due to internet outages, network traffic or any other interuption of the internet.
Users agree to hold Jewelers Network / Gemstone Auction harmless, if a loss or damage is experienced through the use of this system.
We respect your privicy and your information will only be used in connection with this service. Your information is never sold to a third party.
If any term, provision, covenant or condition of this Agreement is held by a court of law, in the USA to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated.
